Abstract submission for oral presentation and posters can be submitted using this platform by March 31.
All submissions have to be accompanied by an abstract and are subject to approval by the Steering Committee.
An abstract book (PDF) of all contributions will be distributed to all registered participants.
The official language of the Symposium is English
To submit one or more abstracts you must register first. Payment of registration fee is not mandatory at this step; however, the payment must be made by August 31.
The Symposium program will include oral presentations (20 minutes, including the question period) and poster sessions.
Oral presentation should be prepared in MS Powerpoint format (.ppt or .pptx)
The presenting authors are asked to adhere to their time limit.
The poster presentation will be held on October 12, 2023.
Once delegated have arrived, they will be directed to the Poster Room and informed about the poster board location.
All posters have to be printed A0 size (80 cm x 130 cm) in portrait layout. Tapes to mount the poster will be provided during the event.
Posters can be installed at the beginning of the Symposium and we encourage their display until the end of the 7th IOS.
